Returns & Refund Policy

We do our very best at Elegant Water Features to give you as much information on the product you are buying as possible in order to avoid any need to return your product, however, in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied for any reason, please revisit the product listing page where you bought your item, and make note of the manufacturer's return policy.  

Some of our manufacturers do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, while others will return for any reason as long as there is a restocking fee and shipping charges paid.  

In order to avoid any upset, please make yourself aware of these policies before you purchase your product.

In all cases, before a return or refund is authorized you will be required to send an email to returns@elegantwaterfeatures.com

If your return is approved, you will receive a refund as soon as the product has arrived back at the manufacturer and has been confirmed to have no damages.  

If requesting a refund because of damages, this must done within 24 hours of receiving your product.  For all other reasons, you must notify us within 7 business days of receiving your product to initiate the refund process.
